Control Panels, from Concept through Fabrication to Installation. DMG offers a comprehensive package from concept through to manufacture, installation, commissioning and training. Your project, large or small, will receive our expert attention. We will work closely with you on all aspects of electrical, electronic and pneumatic systems to achieve a design to suit your process control application. Our service will include the preparation of drawings and material specifications, whilst liaising with yourselves to obtain all the necessary details of the project. Manufacture will be in strict accordance to our quality systems and our clients in-house specifications. We encourage our clients to visit our premises during manufacture to enable them to witness our procedures and discuss any minor details. Finished projects are fully tested prior to delivery and all possible pre-commissioning checks are carried out. All instrumentation is calibrated to either UKAS traceable or National Physical Laboratory standards and microprocessor based instrumentation configured. Our aim is to ensure that prior to delivery and installation every possible check on the control system has been carried out so that commissioning time is reduced to an absolute minimum. Installation and commissioning can be undertaken by the client or by ourselves. Either way, our staff will always be on hand to assist until completion of the project.
